Is “drink more coffee” considered a goal? I ask this question because I’m hooked on Keto Coffee, and yes it aligns with my goals for the month of November because it’s healthy!
Most people rely on coffee to give them that that woke feeling every morning. I drink it because I like the taste. I’ve tried espresso, Café Cubano, and a list of other jolt-givers and they just don’t do it for me. Luckily, I don’t get the jitters either so there’s a benefit to having only mild coffee effects!
Now let’s talk goals; one of which was to cut back on drinking a lot of coffee. Working in an office has given me the “I need coffee every morning” bug. It has become a routine for me. I was drinking it with creamer because it had my stomach all kinds of messed up. I eventually stopped using it and acquired a taste for flavored black coffee with about 3 teaspoons of sugar. Ever since I’ve have my first taste of Keto Coffee I have been hooked! It’s a medium roast, creamy butter flavored coffee that’s good for you. Healthy coffee? Yes, friends, healthy coffee. So how you ask? It boosts your energy as you burn fat, kills cravings, sharpens your mental focus, and enhances your mood. Perfect for me because I enjoy the taste of creamy coffee but now I don't have to suffer.
I’m not the poster child for healthy drinks and meals but I do put forth effort to make healthier choices when deciding on what’s good for my body. Adding healthy coffee to my list is refreshing! I can enjoy Keto Coffee iced or hot and it comes in on-the-go packets! Brilliant! I have no excuse to be as healthy as possible first thing in the morning, as I go about my day, and when I travel.
My overall goals for the month of November include staying focused, making fitness a daily routine, and being consistent within all aspects of life. The list goes on and on, but it all started with writing things down in my The Master Plan journal. I got overwhelmed and eventually wrote down this quote: Don’t talk about it be about it! I was sick of saying (and writing) what I wanted and needed to do and just got up and did it. Now this doesn’t mean that I won’t jot down ideas or have a plan written out, I just stopped making excuses for why things weren’t getting done.
I’m about a week in with consistently drinking my coffee and I feel like it gave me the boost I needed to get me back on track with E V E R Y T H I N G! The best part is that I don’t feel guilty about drinking it every morning!
